Customization of email notification templates
We suggest the implementation of a feature that allows admins to customize email notification templates within their portal. This feature empowers admins to tailor email notifications to their specific branding, messaging, and communication needs.
Client Self-Service Upgrade and Downgrade
We propose the development of a feature that enables clients to perform self-service upgrades and downgrades of their service or subscription plans within our application. This feature empowers clients with greater flexibility and control over their subscriptions.
Re-order / prioritize requests
Add the ability to re-order / prioritize requests.
Public API
Offer access to a Public API for platform integration and automation.
Brand folders or profiles
We propose the introduction of brand folders or profiles within our application. This feature empowers clients who own multiple brands to select under which brand their requests are being submitted, streamlining brand management and organization.
Slack integration
We propose the integration of our application with Slack to enable users to receive notifications of relevant events and updates within a designated Slack channel. This integration will enhance communication and collaboration among users and teams.
Email-to-Request + Universal Email Reply Handling
Add the capability for clients to submit new requests via email, and improve our email-processing system so that clients can reply to ANY email notification (requests, messages, chats, comments, etc.), and have those replies correctly routed into the portal—even if the email was not originally generated for a request thread.
Kanban board for Requests
We would like to introduce a new viewing option for requests by adding a "Kanban board" view to our application. In this view, each column represents a status, and users can easily drag and drop requests to reorder them or change their status. This feature would offer a visual and flexible way to manage and track the progress of requests.
Introduce Hard Limits on User Request Submissions
To enhance system management and maintain service quality, we need to implement a feature that allows setting hard limits on the number of concurrent requests a user can have, and the number of requests they can submit within a certain period. This feature should be adjustable by administrators, allowing them to define and modify these limits as needed to suit varying operational requirements and user capacities. The implementation of this feature will prevent system overload, ensure fair resource allocation, and help in maintaining a consistent quality of service across all user interactions. Add an easy way to visualize remaining / concurrent requests from the client's dashboard.
Tagging users by name in request comments
We propose the addition of a feature that allows users to tag other users by their name in request comments using the "@name" notation. This feature will enhance collaboration and streamline communication within the application.
