Follow new updates and improvements to ManyRequests.

We’ve added a reporting module where you can track important metrics on the following:

- Requests: Requests submitted over time, average time to completed, average time to first reply, requests by status, requests by services, requests by team member.

- Reviews: Total reviews, client satisfaction (over time, per designer, per service), average satisfaction, recent reviews.

You can also filter reports by client, team member, services, and tag to have more specific reports.

New view: Queue!

Clients can now reprioritize requests / tasks in their queue.

1. Enable the Queue view (in Settings > Modules > Requests)
2. Create a recurring service and set the maximum number of active tasks.
3. Clients can now add requests to their queue and manage active requests.

1. Decide how many credits are included in the package.

2. Deduct credits after the client makes a request.

Expanded our platform's capabilities to support more flexible service offerings. Service providers can now specify the number of requests allowed per one-off service, utilizing two new options:

  • Fixed Amount of Requests: Set a default or custom number of requests that can be made per service purchase.

  • Requests Until Hours Are Consumed: Clients can create multiple requests up until the total included service hours are used.

This update enables more tailored service structures, accommodating both one-off and time-based service models.

Addressed the functionality discrepancy between the general and client request lists. The essential settings, including the ability to show/hide columns, are now consistently available across both interfaces, enhancing customization and management of request visibility.

Resolved the issue in the requests directory where directories were incorrectly named after the client instead of the specific request. Directories now follow the standard naming convention, aligning with the request name for better organization and file management.

Improved the full-text search functionality within the requests list to now include the capability to search by client name and organization name. This enhancement facilitates easier identification and access to requests associated with specific clients or organizations, streamlining the user's search process.

Fixed

Addressed the issue where clients purchasing a subscription with a trial period via manual payment methods did not have the subscription activated on their account. Despite correct invoice generation, the subscription was not being assigned. This has been resolved to ensure subscriptions are properly created and activated following manual payment processing.

Resolved an issue in the Stripe migration process where existing tax setups within the portal were not being transferred to Stripe. Taxes are now accurately recreated in Stripe during migration, ensuring they are correctly applied at checkout.
