Our first public API is here. You can now programmatically manage services, requests, organizations, clients, invoices, and more. Includes endpoints for comments, tags, statuses, and webhooks, plus a built-in UI to manage API tokens.

Attachments sent via email now carry over automatically. New requests include files as attachments, and replies add them to comments. Files over 25 MB are skipped, but everything else comes through as expected.

A new Subscriptions report is now available under Reports. View all subscriptions in one place with filters for status, service, billing period, and more. Export filtered data to Excel for finance or ops workflows.

Admins can now filter requests by Account Manager across list, kanban, and workload views. You can select multiple managers, and requests will show if they match any of them. A simple way to organize work based on client ownership.

You can now display total time estimates right inside the request list. Toggle it on using the column picker, then click any cell to edit hours or assign time per team member. Each view remembers your preferences, and it works across all request lists. Available when Workload is enabled.

Clients can now create requests by simply sending an email.

Each workspace gets a dedicated email address. When a client sends a message, the subject becomes the request title, the body becomes the description, and the sender is matched to their account automatically.

This makes it faster for clients to submit work, especially for ongoing retainers, without needing to log in or fill out forms.

A new Zapier action lets you update request fields like status, due date, assignee, and more. Automate workflows without logging into the platform.

Team members can edit their own messages, while admins can edit or delete any message. This gives teams better control over communication without needing support intervention.
