Request exports now include a direct URL for every request, making it easy to jump from your spreadsheet straight into ManyRequests.

Review data is now protected by a dedicated permission. Choose which team members can access the Reviews Report and the Organization Reviews tab.

Clients can now @mention account managers in request comments, even if they're not assigned to the request. This makes it easier to bring the right person into the conversation without changing assignments.

Time entries can now be marked as Billable or Non-Billable when they're created. Billable time deducts from the client's balance, while non-billable time is tracked separately, giving teams more flexibility for internal work, revisions, and admin tasks.

Our Zapier integration now includes Find Request and Find Organization search actions. Instead of only creating new records, your automations can now find existing requests and organizations, making multi-step workflows much more flexible.
