More powerful onboarding builder
We propose the development of an advanced onboarding builder within our application, allowing users to create comprehensive onboarding experiences that include informative content and interactive input fields to collect information from new clients.
Customizable sidebar & Extensions: rename, re-order, custom icons, open in new tab
Make the sidebar and Extensions section fully customizable: rename items, change/upload custom icons (so clients don't see other apps' logos), drag-and-drop reorder, support break-line/grouping, integrate Extension pages into the main left navigation while distinguishing internal-only items, and an option to open extension links in a new tab/window.
Role-based permissions for client members and internal team
Introduce role-based access levels and customizable permissions for both internal team members and client-organization members. Asks include: client-org admins vs staff (admins manage members, assign brands, view reports); per-request visibility so users only see requests they submitted; permission to mark requests complete, edit files, etc.; and a fuller hierarchy (Admin / Manager / Staff / Client) with configurable permissions.
Recurring Requests
Add support for recurring requests so agencies can automatically create new requests on a schedule (e.g. weekly design tasks, monthly reports, ongoing retainers) without manually recreating them every time. Multiple agencies report clients have requests that recur every month and want them to occur automatically.
Calendar Month View
Implement a calendar month view feature, inspired by the functionality of ClickUp's calendar view. This feature will provide users with a visual representation of their team's schedule, emphasizing chronological order. It will allow users to easily see which tasks are scheduled for each day and make adjustments using drag-and-drop functionality, facilitating better planning and coordination within the team.
Add Magic Link Log In, 2FA, and Enhanced Authentication Security
Implement magic link login, two-factor authentication (2FA), and other enhancements to make authentication more secure. This will provide users with multiple secure login options and improve overall platform security.
Internal Project Management Workspace
Agencies also need a centralized internal workspace to manage tasks, deadlines, and operations that are not visible to clients. This feature would allow agencies to: Create internal–only tasks (not tied to a client request) Assign tasks to internal team members with reminders & due dates Track recurring workflows (e.g., monthly social strategies, growth reports) Schedule and manage internal events like Zoom meetings Add operational tasks such as sending invoices or administrative follow-ups This would unify internal project management and client delivery inside one platform — eliminating the need for external tools like Asana or Monday.com while keeping the client portal clean and focused.
Add subtasks to tasks/requests
Allow adding or linking subtasks under a parent task as a relational field. Subtasks should support customized due dates, assignees, communications, and dependencies.
Estimate/Quote module (custom request quotes + invoice on completion)
Add an Estimate/Quote workflow: clients submit a custom request that needs pricing; the agency creates an estimate; the client approves/declines; and the agency can invoice on completion of the request rather than upfront. The natural pre-quote → post-completion-invoice flow.
Internal team chat: enable team-to-team messaging + chat UX polish
Make the chat surface usable for internal team-to-team communication, not only Agency<>Client. Asks: enable messaging between internal team members so chat doubles as an internal communication channel; and modernize chat with notification nudges, filtering, and conversation categorization (Slack/ClickUp-style).

Customization of email notification templates
We suggest the implementation of a feature that allows admins to customize email notification templates within their portal. This feature empowers admins to tailor email notifications to their specific branding, messaging, and communication needs.
Client Self-Service Upgrade and Downgrade
We propose the development of a feature that enables clients to perform self-service upgrades and downgrades of their service or subscription plans within our application. This feature empowers clients with greater flexibility and control over their subscriptions.
Re-order / prioritize requests
Add the ability to re-order / prioritize requests.
Public API
Offer access to a Public API for platform integration and automation.
Brand folders or profiles
We propose the introduction of brand folders or profiles within our application. This feature empowers clients who own multiple brands to select under which brand their requests are being submitted, streamlining brand management and organization.
Slack integration
We propose the integration of our application with Slack to enable users to receive notifications of relevant events and updates within a designated Slack channel. This integration will enhance communication and collaboration among users and teams.
Email-to-Request + Universal Email Reply Handling
Add the capability for clients to submit new requests via email, and improve our email-processing system so that clients can reply to ANY email notification (requests, messages, chats, comments, etc.), and have those replies correctly routed into the portal—even if the email was not originally generated for a request thread.
Kanban board for Requests
We would like to introduce a new viewing option for requests by adding a "Kanban board" view to our application. In this view, each column represents a status, and users can easily drag and drop requests to reorder them or change their status. This feature would offer a visual and flexible way to manage and track the progress of requests.
Introduce Hard Limits on User Request Submissions
To enhance system management and maintain service quality, we need to implement a feature that allows setting hard limits on the number of concurrent requests a user can have, and the number of requests they can submit within a certain period. This feature should be adjustable by administrators, allowing them to define and modify these limits as needed to suit varying operational requirements and user capacities. The implementation of this feature will prevent system overload, ensure fair resource allocation, and help in maintaining a consistent quality of service across all user interactions. Add an easy way to visualize remaining / concurrent requests from the client's dashboard.
Tagging users by name in request comments
We propose the addition of a feature that allows users to tag other users by their name in request comments using the "@name" notation. This feature will enhance collaboration and streamline communication within the application.
