We propose the development of a feature that enables clients to perform self-service upgrades and downgrades of their service or subscription plans within our application. This feature empowers clients with greater flexibility and control over their subscriptions.

    I'd be curious to know how many folks use subscription-based model. For those using such a model, this would be essential. Including us!
