User Permissions on Specific Requests

Hi guys.

I just wanted to check if/when it would be possible to change permissions so that it only show users requests that they have submitted, not everyone in the organisation.

e.g. Steve (a staff member of X org) should only be able to see the requests that Steve has made. Sarah (a manager of X org) should be able to see all requests within the organisation.

Is this possible yet as I have a client that would require this level of permission/visibility.
