Customizable sidebar & Extensions: rename, re-order, custom icons, open in new tab

Make the sidebar and Extensions section fully customizable: rename items, change/upload custom icons (so clients don't see other apps' logos), drag-and-drop reorder, support break-line/grouping, integrate Extension pages into the main left navigation while distinguishing internal-only items, and an option to open extension links in a new tab/window.

    Hi all — quick update. We've consolidated a few related sidebar/Extensions tickets into this one so we can track them in one place.

    One piece of this is already live: custom extension icons. For any Extension you add (or when creating a new one), open its configuration and you can set a custom icon — if you don't pick one, we fall back to the brand/tool icon by default. So that part of the ask is live today.

    The rest — sidebar reordering, opening links in a new tab, broader sidebar customization — is still on our list. We'll post updates here as we make progress.
