Ability to re-order items/organize items on the sidebar

I would like to propose a feature that allows the admin to organize the sidebar.

Things will get cluttered when an admin adds several extensions. This feature should allow admins to drag and drop to reorder the items on the sidebar. Adding a break line would also be great if possible.
