Agencies also need a centralized internal workspace to manage tasks, deadlines, and operations that are not visible to clients.

This feature would allow agencies to:

  • Create internal–only tasks (not tied to a client request)

  • Assign tasks to internal team members with reminders & due dates

  • Track recurring workflows (e.g., monthly social strategies, growth reports)

  • Schedule and manage internal events like Zoom meetings

  • Add operational tasks such as sending invoices or administrative follow-ups

This would unify internal project management and client delivery inside one platform — eliminating the need for external tools like Asana or Monday.com while keeping the client portal clean and focused.
