Internal team chat: enable team-to-team messaging + chat UX polish

Feature Request

Make the chat surface usable for internal team-to-team communication, not only Agency<>Client. Asks: enable messaging between internal team members so chat doubles as an internal communication channel; and modernize chat with notification nudges, filtering, and conversation categorization (Slack/ClickUp-style).

    Hi all — we've consolidated two chat-related tickets into this one. Worth flagging: team-to-team messaging is already available — internal team members can message each other directly today. The broader chat UX improvements (notification nudges, filtering, categorization) are still on our list. We'll keep you posted here as we ship.
