Customizable Internal Notification Templates with Variables

Just as we allow customizing client email notifications and include variables, allow internal notifications to be customized as well. Admins should be able to edit the content, layout, and variables (e.g., request title, client name, assignee) for internal notification emails — not just client-facing ones. This would help teams tailor their internal alerts to include the most relevant context at a glance.
