Time based services

We propose the introduction of Time-Based Services, a feature that allows users to include a specified number of hours in each service or subscription sold. These hours can be utilized in conjunction with time tracking, enabling clients and admins to monitor and manage time usage on each request submitted, relative to the time included in the purchased service.
