Improved Slack notifications: multi-channel routing, more event types, request updates

Make Slack notifications configurable and useful. Asks include: connect multiple Slack channels and route different notification types (comments, payments, requests) to different channels; notify when a subscription is resumed/unpaused; notify on request status changes, new comments, and file uploads; reminders for tasks stalled in a stage; and being able to reply to comments from Slack.
