Schedule send: messages & announcements with auto-delivery at a given date/time
Add the ability to compose a message (with attachments) or announcement and schedule it to auto-send at a specified date/time. Include the option to auto-schedule a message across all requests at once (apply a macro globally or to a group of requests) so admins don't set it up per-request, and apply the same to broadcast announcements.

Hi all — big update on this one: Schedule Send is now live. You'll see a schedule option next to the Send button on comments — pick a future date/time and the message goes out then. It supports attachments too.
We've also consolidated a couple of related tickets (auto-scheduling across requests, scheduled announcements) into this thread so we can track the broader applications in one place. We'll keep you posted here as those land.
