Rich Text Formatting and Edit Option for Organization Notes

Allow users to format organization notes using rich text (e.g. bold, italics, lists, links) instead of plain text. Also, add the ability to edit existing notes.

Currently, users can only delete a note, which makes updating or correcting information inconvenient. This will help teams keep notes more readable and useful.
