Request Timer and Activity Tracking

Add a built-in timer system that tracks how long a request stays in a specific status, such as In Progress or Delivered. The timer would start automatically when a request is moved to these statuses and could be manually reset upon delivery or review.

This feature would help teams prevent requests from being forgotten or stuck, improve visibility on delays, and create accountability by highlighting inactive or overdue requests. It would be especially useful for scaling teams that manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
