Pinned comments in Request Activity

Allow admins to pin a specific comment or internal note to the top of a request’s activity feed (e.g., pin a naming/summary note). A pinned item stays visible above the thread for all permitted viewers until unpinned.

Key Points:

• Pin/unpin control on any comment or internal note.

• Exactly one pinned item per request (or replace existing when re-pinned).

• Visible at the top of the feed with a “Pinned” indicator; respects visibility (client vs internal).

• Audit who pinned/unpinned and when.
