Page-Specific Broadcasts for Clients

"We’d love to see a Broadcasts feature (similar to Announcements) that allows us to display targeted messages on specific pages of the client portal."

Use Cases:

• Highlight new features to clients on relevant pages.

• Share helpful tips and best practices (e.g., on the “Create Request” page, show a 2-min video on how to write a great brief).

• Promote special offers (e.g., “25% off your first month—use code 25OFF at checkout”).

Suggested Settings:

• Choose whether to show the broadcast to new clients only, existing clients only, or everyone.

• Select which portal pages the broadcast should appear on (e.g., dashboard, create request, storage, etc.).

• Ability to embed videos directly in the broadcast (playable inline).

• Customizable CTA buttons (e.g., “Learn more,” “Watch video,” “Contact us”).
