Option to Automatically Divide Annual Credits into Monthly Allocations

Add a setting that allows users to distribute the total yearly credits evenly across 12 months. When enabled, the system should automatically split the annual credit allocation into equal monthly amounts for the client’s account, simplifying management and usage tracking.
