Non-Billable / Billable Time

It would be great to log timesheets as non-billable, this will show transparency to the client, whilst also allow us to understand the true amount of time spent on project budgets.

So there isnt a overuse of non-billable time, it would be good to have the option to disable/enable team members to have the permission to use this.
