Having the ability to merge requests would help streamline communications in cases where clients submit additional requests rather than replying in an already existing thread for the same topic. Zendesk has a similar feature for merging tickets in which the new ticket can be closed with its message(s) moved over to the receiving ticket. A similar approach may work for Manyrequests.
