Limit Subscriptions to a Single Brand

Add a feature to limit subscriptions to a specific brand under a client’s account. Currently, subscriptions apply to all brands within the account, but this feature would allow agencies to control which brand a subscription applies to, providing more flexibility in managing multi-brand clients.
