Limit Recurring Service Purchases

Introduce a setting to cap the number of times a recurring service can be purchased, similar to the existing limit for one-off services.

    Just to clarify: The cap to be the number of active purchases at any given time. If a client cancels their recurring service, they’re free to repurchase the same recurring service later if needed. They just can’t go beyond the capped amount.
