Custom Columns in List View

Allow users to create and manage their own custom columns in the requests list view (e.g., “First Draft Deadline,” “Final Delivery”).

These columns should be editable directly by the team, without being tied to form questions. This would give clients clearer visibility into important project milestones and let teams track multiple key dates or details within a single request.
