Client-Specific Service Catalogs

Currently, all services added to the catalog are visible to every client, regardless of pricing or service agreement. We need the ability to create custom service catalogs that are only visible to specific clients.

This would allow us to:

• Offer different pricing structures per client

• Show only the services that apply to that client’s retainer or plan

• Avoid confusion or pricing inconsistencies across clients

• Streamline the experience so clients only see what’s relevant to them

This is especially important for agencies working with a variety of client types, each on different terms. The ability to assign visibility of services at the client level (or group level) would be a game-changer.
