Cancellation / Churn Retention Offers

Add the option to show a retention offer when a client tries to cancel their subscription.

For example, agencies could offer a discount such as 30% off for the next year or 20% off for the next 3 months before the cancellation is finalized.

Ideally, portal admins could configure:

• Discount amount

• Discount duration

• Which plans the offer applies to

• Whether the offer is enabled

Clients could either redeem the offer and keep their subscription or continue with the cancellation.

This could help agencies reduce churn by giving clients an incentive to stay before they cancel.
