BELL NOTIFICATIONS DON'T WORK IN NEW VERSION

I used the bell notifications a lot, it would tell me every new thing that happened in order of time with date and hour, and now it's GONE!!! The bell is still there, but it's useless information that connects to no-where...

Please tell me you are planning on fixing this terrible update!!!
