Automated Client Billing Reminder Emails

Add an option to send automated reminder emails before recurring subscription payments are charged. Agencies should be able to configure the timing (example: 3, 7, or 14 days before renewal). This helps reduce failed payments, surprise charges, and support tickets.

Potential reminder types:

  • Subscription renewal reminder

  • Credits running low

  • Hours balance running low

  • Usage threshold reached

  • Upcoming auto top-up notification

Include settings for:

  • Custom timing

  • Email template customization

  • Enable/disable per workspace or client

  • Optional multiple reminder sequences (example: 7 days before + 1 day before)
