Apply Discounts to Ongoing Subscriptions

Allow admins to apply discounts directly to active client subscriptions within ManyRequests (e.g., referral rewards like 10% off). This would remove the need to adjust subscriptions manually in Stripe and make it easier to manage promotions or client rewards natively in the platform.
