Multi-currency support (services, invoices, catalog, dashboard)

Add full multi-currency support across the product: assign different prices per currency to a service/product, charge international clients in their currency, filter the services catalog by currency, support high-value currencies (e.g. IDR in millions), and convert currencies when showing revenue on the dashboard.
