Add "Pause Reason" Option When Client Pauses Service

When a client chooses to pause their service, display a prompt asking them to select a reason for the pause.

Provide a dropdown menu with common reasons (e.g., budget, workload, waiting for feedback) and an optional text box for custom input. This will help admins understand why clients are pausing and gather useful feedback.
