Add Extensions and External Links for Internal Team Members

Allow agencies to add extensions and external links specifically for internal team members. While current extensions and external links in the sidebar are site-wide, this feature would provide an option to add links that are only visible to the internal team. This would improve accessibility to important resources and tools used by the agency team.
