Enhanced Flexibility in Defining "Completed" and "Closed" Request Statuses

In our continuous effort to provide greater customization, we've introduced a feature that allows portal admins to define which request statuses should be categorized as "Completed" and "Closed" within their settings. This enhancement ensures that portal administrators have the freedom to create, rename, and reorder request statuses tailored to their workflow. Our system will then adapt to their configurations, seamlessly categorizing and grouping requests under Open/Closed lists based on their preferences. This feature aims to offer a more tailored and intuitive user experience.
