Previously, clicking on announcements—whether from the banner or notification dropdown—would unintentionally refresh the page. This has been resolved.

Additionally, announcements will now remain visible until their specified "Show until" date, unless manually cleared via the notifications panel. This ensures better visibility and aligns with user feedback.
