Service Request Form Enhancements

Sometimes there are so many options for a single field. When presenting this, it would show a long list of options, prompting the user to scroll down. Imagine if there are 30 options (or more)

It would be helpful to have a setting that could control how many items will be per line (1 per line, 2 per line, 3 per line, etc) that way, it won’t take much vertical space and will be easy on the eyes of the users.
