Member Access Levels & Permissions (Internal & Client)

Would be very helpful to introduce role-based access levels for both internal team members and client-side users, with customisable permissions.

Internal Team/Client

Ability to assign roles with different permissions would greatly improve workflow and security.

Suggested structure:

  • Admin

    • Full access to all areas (clients, services, invoices, requests, messages, settings)

  • Member (Senior role/Management)

    • Has access to all requests

    • Default access to specific areas (requests, messages)

    • Can be customisable in case of situations of adding a Project Manager, Admin, or Finance employees - which requires different types of access. For example, Project Manager (requests, messages), Admin/Finance (clients, services, invoices, messages, settings).

  • Limited Member (PMs/Designers)

    • Can only access requests assigned to them

    • No visibility into other requests only to those assigned to them

    • Assess to specific areas (requests, messages)

For the client side, it would be useful to have a setting that customises the permissions of the β€œnon-Admin” team member. In case the CEO/Main Representative adds their own PM/assistant but that's just a thought
