Improvements on Requests
an option to hide request status from clients
more automation options (specific status change for specific conditions)
ex: set to a status named "Snooze" after 15 days of no client or team interaction
ex: set to a status named "Closed" after 6 months of no response from client
ex: Snoozed status reopens to "To Do" after 2 days
