Enable 'Internal Upload' & Pre'Fill Options

Clients can become frustrated when they need to constantly submit the same documents over & over again, when there is already the ability to upload docs to organization files.

The request would be to give clients the option to either select from fresh upload OR from Org files.

Additionally, for requests where some of the basic info is all the same, it would be good to 'save template' for "about us" or "about the product" so they do not need to type the same info every time
