Subscription add-ons are now easier to manage, understand, and track throughout the client experience.

You can manage all add-ons for a subscription from one editor. Add-ons now appear as sub-items under their parent service on invoices, including quantities, so clients get a clearer breakdown of what they're paying for.

Purchased add-ons also appear in the request summary, giving your team more context while working on a request.

We've also fixed how add-ons are handled during upgrades, plan swaps, scheduled changes, and cancellations to keep pricing and service associations accurate.
