You can now display total time estimates right inside the request list. Toggle it on using the column picker, then click any cell to edit hours or assign time per team member. Each view remembers your preferences, and it works across all request lists. Available when Workload is enabled.

Clients can now create requests by simply sending an email.
Each workspace gets a dedicated email address. When a client sends a message, the subject becomes the request title, the body becomes the description, and the sender is matched to their account automatically.
This makes it faster for clients to submit work, especially for ongoing retainers, without needing to log in or fill out forms.
