Upgrading hour-based plans now charges based on the additional hours being unlocked, not the number of days left in the billing cycle.

Example: upgrading from 20 hours to 40 hours will charge the full price difference for the extra 20 hours, no matter when you upgrade during the month.

This removes confusion, prevents billing edge cases, and cuts down support issues tied to proration.
