File comments now auto-update live

Comments in the file viewer now update automatically within seconds, no refresh needed.

New comments, replies, edits, deleted comments and resolved threads will appear while you’re viewing the file. Opening a file comment from your activity feed or notifications will also take you directly to that thread.
